I'm currently filling out the GPSR-Manufacturer information and encountered an error message that says "DEW_GenericErrorMessage." Does anyone know where the mistake might be in my entry?

just to understand the problem in more detail: are you entering the information through the compliance dashboard? Also, could you confirm if your product is indeed a generic product?
