you report them through your Brand Registry dashboard

Did you try to submit claim via Account health -> Report abuse -> Intellectual property (copyright, trademark, patent) violation?

@ Rick1 please go for Report a violation as you are the Brand owner. You are a Trademark owner and you believe that you are dealing with the infringement of your Trademark.
