Read onlyHello everyone!
We have not received money for invoiced orders since 12/4/2023!
The reserved amount is only increasing day by day.
We have opened lots of cases and have not received a reply, we tried to call - no result!
Who knows how to get our money out?
Hello @Seller_o1MOINLc78IwR,
Thank you for reaching out. My apologies on the frustration that this has caused. It is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the Account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report. It’s the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations, such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks. However, based on the timeframe of your last disbursement, there is something else preventing the funds from being released.
Would you kindly share the most recent seller support case ID with me in this thread. I would like to review and get this escalated on your behalf.
Looking forward to your response.
Cheers,
Micah

I had this years ago - I feel for you. It's so frustrating and feels yucky that they're holding so much of YOUR money and likely making interest on it. I sent an email to every Amazon executive that I could find to try to get it resolved. I'm sorry and I hope you're able to get it resolved quickly.
I am missing a entire month my self , I also tried talking but it Also seem like they don’t know any they just copy and past the policy’s in the chat or say exactly what it says like a robot everyone account is different with different situations
if it were me, I’d put my account on vacation mode, in case the payout never comes.
If you are selling your products keep selling them, if you sell other products probably it is better to stop selling until you see the money.
Amazon withheld my funds for 2 months. Absolutely ridiculous! Anyone want to get legal involved?
I noticed this trend of higher and higher account level reserve.
They keep pushing the level reserve into the next payout cycle.
Is there a statement view of each of these transactions that specify which orders are for account level reserves? I will like to detail view of these reserves.
Also, I am aware Amazon can put your account in different tier system and hold more funds depending on your account health metrics, but if all these metrics are in good standing how do we know what tier system is putting us in?
