A to Z claims Granted and parcel Delivered
Good afternoon,
Anyone can advise me with my case. Parcel send to Hungary. Buyer requesting a to z in 2 weeks and been granted. Parcel is delivered after next two days (Royal mail tracking status delivered). Amazon support case closed because buyer told " not delivered". Thank you

To be honest I have been finding CS granting A-Z claims even on UK orders when tracking shows delivered within the EDD if customer says they have not received.
I only had one last week. Tracking and GPS Coords of the scan on delivery showed delivered 2 days before EDD - but customer says it had not. A-Z granted. I tried to appeal. Sent screenshot of delivery confirmation from RM and map of where delivered - but Amazon upheld original A-Z because (and I quote) I ‘had not supplied sufficient evidence of delivery’
Unbelievable! I cannot claim from RM for loss as they say delivered and scan proves it.
Amazon though say that is not sufficient evidence.
Im beginning to suspect the only evidence Amazon will accept is a picture of the parcel actually being handed over to the customer with them holding up a passport and utility bill showing correct address and person named on parcel.
