Credit card invalid

Hi!
i am after some tips; credit card works fine for all the markets apart poland, amazon stuff don’t know how to help me as they are clueless.
how can you make it work ? i go in my app when it says to but then the page with autorisation (api) doesn’t do anything, stays blank?
I reallt appreciate!!
