Need guidance on starting out in Amazon UK
I’m an Indian citizen who wants to sell print-on-demand goods on Amazon UK. The product will be designed by me, and my production business partner will take care of the rest, including sending it to the purchaser.
I must choose the business type “Privately Owned Business” since I’m just starting off. I’m curious about whether I need to register my business name with HMRC or registering within India is enough.
Note - That I won’t be keeping any merchandise in any UK warehouse. When the order comes in, a UK-based vendor will print it and send it.
You’re welcome.

I think you need to check with an experienced accountant because Amazon may expect you to be subject to VAT as a non-UK citizen with a UK ship from address

The order is manufactured (print) and supplied from the UK.
This will be UK based business, you cannot register a business in another country just to avoid tax and VAT.

Definitely do a lot more research.
Just to get it straight, the customer will buy from your seller account in India, and you will instruct your UK based person to fulfil the order ?
