Blame my account name associated with another account which has quite similar name

I need help and really appreciated any input in this case.
I have business account and registered brand but I have not started to sell on the Amazon yet and as still working on my product. 2 months before i received email from Amazon they need video verification when I asked why you need it as I have not started to sell it on Amazon but within 2 to 4 days I received email from Amazon my account has be deactivated because they found similar account name which they think is associated to me. I have submit review 5 times and they refused every time with no further details each time sent me back same copy paste email but never reply why they does not accept it. I ask them what you need and how can i prove it let me know and i will follow your instruction so prove that I only one account and never had any other account. But lookalike no check and balance on the team who is dealing with all this type of cases they wrongly accused and then may start enjoying the situation. I also try to contact support directly but either they said its not relevant forum once i submit my concern or review OR automatically got replied it was answered with no further action taken.
Is idea how can i contact them directly at least the person who got knowledge and pay attention to details either on email or phone. My experience with the support is really poor and i never seen before this type of low level support or help from any other company. Why they got free hand with no proper checks on them and seller can't any help even if they wrongly accused or blamed.
To be honest i gave them many option and cases but every time same copy paste reply how can i prove when they are not telling me or giving me any details ? They have access to everything but i don't.
"Suppose, If I have shop name like ABC and 1 or some other also have shop with same name and other one have shop with ABC+ name my point is "when we don't know each other how we are related to each other (we don't know where other shops are who own it and what they are selling it) we even can't find each other as we don't know other owners if they are in the same city or country or even in different country?
I will have no idea where other shop or person are based But If these shops are with Amazon then of course only Amazon (their relevant staff) know who own these shops etc. as they got all the details but we don't.
I have sent again my last my review and i am 100% sure same copy paste reply without any details will be sent back or they may close the account.
One thing, I am 100% sure, if this was the case in any UK or US court the Judge will not only dismiss this case within 5 minutes or less but also ask them to pay fine for wasting court time plus pay compensation to me as they blame me without any evidence.

They haven't just linked you to an account with a similar name - there is some information shared between the two accounts. What is the name of the other account they have linked you to?
