74 days for non delivery

Hi all

i have a customer ask where their order is…74 days ago. Whats the longest that i have to deal with this? Can they claim after this amount of time? Its crazy that they would allow so long to query it…and its to Spain of all places!

Unfortunately, buyers have up to 90days past the last day of their order’s EDD range to open an A-Z claim.

Also, the Customer Support will happily open one on their behalf until 6 months after order date.
