Stranded Inventory

On August 1st I was asked to provide invoices to sell in Popular DVD. I have been trading on Amazon for 15 years ao am surprised I was required to do that. I did provide the requested Invoices but heard nothing. In the mean time 500+ products went into Stranded. I emailed numerous times and opened cases without reply.
On the 31st August my Stranded Inventory increased to 1500. After numerous contact with Amazon I finally had a reply on the 4th September and requesting further invoices . I duly responded with more invoices and on the 10th my application was confirmed. However it is now the 21st September and my stranded products has increased as I send in more stock. I have literally spent 30 Hours on the phone made numerous cases and have found a short term fix myself which means I am literally having to relist each individual product. No single person within Amazon has taken up the case and I am passed from Pillar to Post to resolve this problem.
Does anyone have thoughts and help to give. I have lost thousands in lost Sales and Believe I should be compensated. I actually spoke to FBA Manager who did say she was taken up the case on my behalf and as yet have not heard back from her nor does anyone within Amazon actaually Know her.
Any Help Would be extremely grateful.
