I am experiencing an issue with my Amazon selling account and would appreciate any advice.
Account Status:
Phone number: Verified
Business information: Verified
Tax ID: Verified
Payment details: Verified
Identity verification: Pending
Background:
After receiving brand approval, I completed a video call verification. However, I received a notification the next day stating that I am not eligible to sell.
Issue:
I was also asked to provide a utility bill, which I submitted successfully. The issue remains unresolved, and I am still waiting for a response.
Request:
If anyone has faced a similar situation or can provide guidance on how to proceed, I would be grateful.
