Your product requires approval to sell - If you have resolved all errors, you can save your packing template again
What could be the reason for this error message showing up?
Background: The brand we’re handling has been selling this ASIN (B00G9KJJR0) for years. However, when they attempted to ship their stock last month, they encountered the following error:
1 Error
Your product requires approval to sell. [Learn more]
If you have resolved all errors, you can save your packing template again.
When we clicked "Learn More," we were redirected to the "Fix your products" page, where we were instructed to replenish the stock. However, after reaching out to Seller Support, the brand was told that the account is not eligible to sell the product.
Could this be happening because the brand hasn't registered under Amazon Brand Registry yet? Is it possible that the lack of Brand Registry is contributing to the need for approval, even though they have a long history of selling this ASIN?

Greetings,
The core information provided by Seller Support within your chat is accurate, if it becomes possible to sell the product in the future, you will see the option to "Apply to sell". However this is not time-bound, as suggested by Seller Support. I recommend reviewing the content on this Seller Help page, specifically:
"Changes to selling privileges
Your ability to sell products may change if:
- New restrictions are added to existing products
- Your account receives performance notifications
- Product safety or compliance requirements change"
Thank you, and have a great day.
