Visibility of Store Front

Advice please.

We are brand registered and have been for a long period but have only recently setup a storefront. The store has been approved. In the edit function the store looks fine.

When browsing on the product page our brand is at the top as usual and when clicked takes us to the normal gallery of products. However there does not appear to be any working link to access the store front as a customer. However at the top left frame on the product page there is a message “back to storefront”. Clicking that does not take us to the storefront.

Is this a technical problem or will the store front only show when we have an advertising campaign or is it something else we need to do ? We do not have any errors or notifications for store front issues.
