Wondering if anyone can help.
I reported a seller recently as he was hijacking one of my products. Brand registry quickly removed him which was good.
He's just emailed me to apologise and asked me to retract the complaint as he's about to lose his account.
I have no interest in damaging his account, so I've agreed and retracted the complaint with the reason "other".
He sounds genuine, so I expect that to be the end of it.
However, if he relists on the item again, am I able to put in another complaint to remove him again?
Any other negative effects of retraction for the brand owner?
