Photos are appearing different than uploaded
Our New listings that we have created are displaying the photos we have uploaded really light. I.e. the black is almost white. It looks like amazon has messed with the brightness of the product and it looks quite frankly silly
Does anyone have this issue? seller support is useless

Are you ensuring that the background of the photo is pure white i.e. 255,255,255?
Seller_oka5ROfYmjni9
yes
I even uploaded a photo from another old listing (which is displaying fine) and its done the exactly the same
Seems like there is a glitch but it does not look like its affecting anyone else
Any mods on here who can help? seller support are not interested

I have noticed on the load of amazon product page, for a split second the image is showing right and then it goes bright

I see what you mean - here are the two side by side, there doesn’t look much difference at first but there is a full 1.5 stops of exposure difference, which is a lot.
Can you do a quick test and upload a larger version so you get the “roll over to zoom” option as this uses a different display method?
Seller_oka5ROfYmjni9
great work how you managed to capture that
I cannot find one listing on amazon that still has its roll over zoom, can you?
Seller_oka5ROfYmjni9
we use a flat file and use a link to a photo, that is 3000x3000 pixels. Can you see athny shoe listings that has the roll over zoom still? I cannot see any live ones at the moment but they did use to be
