Global Amazon accounts are blocked
Hello,
I am asking for help. Who had the same experience? Amazon team blocked all our global accounts including the new-developed site such PL, NL, SE because Amazon team determined us to manipulate review. In fact, all our reviews are genuine, all from our real customer. There is no reviews on the PL, NL, SE site, why they block these accounts as well?
We sent the appeal letter to different site review team, but Amazon replied to us with the same template response, telling us that we had been always manipulating reviews.
Is there anyone to help with this?
