Selling privileges suspended due to low VTR

so selling privileges suspended for the above reason.
The big question is how do I integrate carriers for ex. Hermes to my seller account so all shipments are updated directly from their website/m account with them ?

If you want to use hermes/evri then you can just use Amazon Buy Shipping and it will update the tracking automatically for you.
If you go down this route it should be easy for you to be reinstated as your plan of action will make it clear you will use Amazon Buy Shipping going forward which will make you 100% compliant for VTR.
If you want to continue buying shipping outside of Amazon you will need to ensure you enter the tracking numbers correctly. You say you use Parcelforce which should be okay for VTR…I suspect you are either not inputting the tracking numbers or doing it incorrectly.
