I am not aware of such feature being available within the Seller Central, however there are various online tools on the internet which offer such an option, usually in exchange for a fee.

Helium10 allows you to sign up for free then if you download the addon for Chrome you can view BSR, and selling price.

I’m not sure if it is detailed enough, but if you don’t have too many to monitor camelcamelcamel might be a solution. Obviously not very sophisticated as a business tool but might give you some history and context.
