Postage refund
Dear Forum,
I have received this message from Amazon, but I don’t understand it completely:
"A postage refund from ROYAL_MAIL of £3.95 for order XXXXX has been approved. If you purchased this delivery using a linked carrier account, please work directly with the carrier for the refund. If you purchased the delivery without a linked carrier account, the refund has been applied to your seller account for a refund that you requested "
I had purchased the Royal Mail postage from Amazon, but I did not use it.
Is Amazon going to refund me, or do I need to contact Royal Mail?
Thanks for your kind advise.
Guy

Did you pay amazon for the postage or royal mail (through a business account)?

So you pay amazon rather than having a linked RM account and paying invoices to RM? If so, the refund will come back from amazon, it should show in your transactions now
