Help on which selling plan I should use; Individual or professional?
Our sales have dropped so it is no longer worth us having a business account and paying £25 a month to list. So I switched to the individual plan but now postage costs have been added to all my listings. I want to be able to sell my products with free postage as all my prices incorporate postage fees.
Will I have to change back to a business account otherwise I fear my sales will become even lower with the extra postage costs to my customers.

It’s not a business account - it’s the professional selling plan that is £30 a month and yes, you can only set your own postage costs paying that
Regardless of your income, if you are selling for a profit, you still need to be registered as a business seller
Business account is your legal entity
Selling plan is the monthly 'subscription ’

The only other option is to review all your prices to take into account the postage rates set by Amazon.

I am currently selling around 15 items a month so thought paying 75p per item sold was the better option rather than £25 per month but now I’m not so sure…
