Seller fullfilled prime - DPD issue

I have just gone to print off some seller prime labels in Amazon, ready for the morning and it is only offering DPD as a postage option for next day. Not Royal mail.
I have seen this issue before but seems to be back again.
Have I missed an update or is Amazon messed up again?

I seem to have this issue too - I thought it was an issue with Linnworks initially as we use that for printing labels but it’s not. Just tried to process next day SFP through Amazon and it’s showing DPD option only - We don’t use DPD!!

Morning guys,
I’ve got the same problem as well, its only letting me print DPD labels. I’m on hold with Amazon, been holding for the last 26 mins. As soon as I get an update, will let you know.

We have been having this issue since October, though we use Amazon logistics rather than Royal Mail.
I’m not sure if it’s an option for you but purchasing shipping directly from Amazon logistics rather than using the buy shipping option works fine for us. Amazon have been requesting screenshots of every single order this happens with (it’s in the 100s per week) and originally requested that we opened a new case for each individual order… you can imagine how quickly they got bored with that.
so far none of the 1000s of cases we’ve opened are still open and the issue is still not resolved.
Guessing they haven’t got a clue what’s wrong.

When I phone up they keep asking if we use Linnworks, apparently there’s a known problem with it. (yet they aso don’t seem to be fixing that?)

We are having the same problem. We cannot use Royal Mail 24 unless we change the dispatch date until tomorrow. We had the same problem yesterday! Hopefully this will be solved too.

There is another thread about this which apparently amazon said to ship using an alternative method and open a SS case with all the order numbers.

Hi
I have the same issue but I THINK it is just with next day delivery orders, it seems to be printing 48 tracked… I think!
My guess is that Royal Mail can not service the nexyt day/ 24 tracked and so Amazon have turned them off but I must stress this is my thoughts and nothing thta has been confirmed with Amazon.
I am taking the view that these orders have to go today so I am sending them via the DPD method. Not ideal but better than shipping late.
