No Automatic A-Z Claims with RM 48?
Interesting the past 2 A-Z claims we’ve had and sent with RM 48 haven’t had automatic acceptance they’ve gone to review stage rather then just refunding the customer and allowing us 72 hours to respond. We just had one today but the one last week it was refunded out of Amazon’s pocket and taken off our stats as we sent it with RM 48 purchased via click and dorp.

We get the odd 1/2 I do wonder if it’s something on customers side. I.e if they have raised a few a-z it gets flagged for review.
We also sometimes get it for high priced items, over £100.
But most auto. Something must trigger a review.
