Using Buy Shipping

Hi i need some guidance if possible.
because my VTR is so poor I have decided to try ‘Buy Shipping’ from Amazon.
I linked my Royal Mail Click and drop account with Amazon and it has all updated okay.
I have purchased some Royal Mail labels from them, but the purchases do not seem to be updating the Click and Collect details, so none of them are showing as despatched. Is this how it is supposed to happen or have I got it wrong? If it doesn’t work this way, how do you produce manifests for Royal Mail?
I have searched for answers but haven’t located any, if anyboday has a link to any that would be great. I have also noticed that most of the forum questions are now closed so you can’t see answers.
