EFN listings out of stock

Can anyone please explain why my active listings in the UK are shown as ‘out of stock’ in FR, ES and FR when there is plenty of inventory in the UK? This is where I am and what I have done:

1. All listings are FBA
2. There is plenty of inventory in the UK
3. I am enabled/enrolled for EFN
4. I have enabled EFN in FR, ES, and IT
5. Exportable inventory (UK) report shows all listings are eligible for export
6. None of the goods are classified as ‘dangerous/hazmat’
7. I uploaded a Price/Quantity inventory report (on SS’s advice) to fix a ‘fulfilment_channel’ bug in the Amazon system
8. All listings are showing as ‘Eligible’ in the Pan-European Eligibility: FBA ASINs report
9. All required sections in the product details pages have been completed
   Please tell what I am missing! It’s probably something obvious but none of SS’s suggestions have worked and I think we have exhausted each other now… Any advice/suggestions extremely welcome.
