The individual Seller account is ONLY for selling off your own personal secondhand items (eg. books, CDs, DVDs), and NOT for selling NEW goods. You are confusing individual and professional - these are the names of the selling plans, NOT the account type (the legal entity). If you have listed NEW goods for sale then you need to be registered with HMRC as self-employed (probably sole-trader) and give Amazon your UTR.
