Simply removing the items will not solve your problem. You have to address the complaint.

Removing the listing does not help in any way, Amazon gave you instructions on the email you received, follow those steps in order to improve your account health… and a couple of weeks on Seller University will help you a lot in order to avoid this kind of problems in the future…
