Global Logistics - Booking Pallet Shipment

Is anyone using Amazon Global Logistics?

I’m trying to book in a pallet.
But the packing information section only allows boxes. Is there a way to get proceed?

I’ve selected 1 box, with total weight 445kg. But the max is 23kg.

Unless you have a single, extremely large item, they must be packaged in some way. Whether that be singly, or within boxes.
So what exactly have you got on the pallet?

Quick question on this…

When you get your goods collected from the Chinese factory, do you palletise them there? If so, do the same rules apply as for sending into the FCs - 500kg max per pallet? Or do you just fully load the pallets and then Amazon reworks them at the other end?
