What printer and what printer ribbon are you all using? Barcode sanning issue.
I have been using the Zebra ZT410 for years to send my FBA FNSKU barcode labels and have had two instances when they were not able to scan the barcode because they are reflective. Yes, they can have a shine for them but they have been approved in thousands of shipments. I have used my DYMO 4XL writer in the past and the barcodes have been approved. I have used Avery lables but we send too much inventory to use that method. I bought DYMO compatible labels to print my FBA barcodes but the paper still has a shine. I am purchasing ZEBRA ZT410 Direct transfer labels that will be here tomorrow which I am hoping will eliminate any shine and any way for the print to rub off. What does everyone use that has not had a run in with Amazon saying a barcode in unreadable?

I've been using my Dymo Twin Turbo with 2.25 x 1.25 labels (bought on Amazon ASIN B01H1M95MS) since 20217 and have had no problems with unreadable barcodes using these labels.

I've always used the same ZT410 with wax ribbon with no problem. Direct thermal print does shine too. I think you might got flagged by an Amazon employee by mistake. Has happened to us some times too.
BTW, direct thermal print does shines a little bit too.

Like you, I had one shipment out of thousands flagged for shiny barcode (thanks, Somerset, NJ TEB9). My barcodes were pre-printed, so I got some matte finish Scotch tape and put a piece over the "shiny" barcodes. Haven't had any more complaints, even though a lot of my shipments now go to TEB9.
