Send to Amazon unable to identify workflows

Our each shipment requires at least 3 or 4 workflows. The problem we are having is that we are unable to identify which workflow is which.

  1. We are unable to rename workflows
  2. The SKU/unit count always shows 0 for all workflows other than active workflow
  3. We are unable to quickly clear all empty workflows from the workflow list.

How do you navigate that ?

same for us showing 30 flows with 0 items. its dreadful tried using couple of times and it takes me 3 times as long to get a shipment done, cant edit quantites, cant see fnsku in packaging etc just awful if you have a lot of skus and sending in small quantities.

I did try to use the time the workflow was created in order to keep a track of which was which (we create around 5 at a time) but even that didn’t work this week.
I liked when you could name a shipping plan, and you knew exactly what it was.

Same here we are totally puzzled up. If we want to add some item to workflow after hour or two we cannot find exactly where it is. Why Amazon has to create more trouble for us.
