Product Damaged in Transit by Carrier
Please I need advise on one of my shipment to customer. The product was delivered to the carrier in perfect condition but on the tracking list I saw the description “Damaged in Transit”. How do I respond when seller ask for a refund on this product. Thanks.

You’ll need to make a claim from your courier if theyve damaged it, have you been asked for a refund?

Who was the courier? I have seen this on a parcelforce delivery before but was never contacted by the buyer so assume it was only the outer box that was damaged.

It is Hermes. Customer has not get in touch so I guess is the package that must have been a little damaged and the damage is fine by the customer. No complaint so far. Thanks for your response.
