They have 90 days to either open an A-Z claim against you or leave negative feedback, so technically that long. Royal Mail don't keep the tracking information available for that long I believe, so you need to be able to prove delivery too.

Royal Mail do keep tracking that long. I had an A-Z last week which was 89 days after the Estimated Delivery Date and the tracking was still on Royal Mail.

Not much help as the tracking shows as delivered but Amazon still found in the customer favour!

If you use buy shipping you only have 30 days to reprint the label and get the delivery confirmation number.

On the personal Click and Drop site, the label and tracking disappears quite quickly...about 10 days. So you need to rely on your downloaded PDF for the number.

You can just get the tracking number from the Amazon Order Details page.

If you use the app, auth dot parcel dot royalmail dot com, instead of directly on their website, for personal click and drop or OBA, you can see the tracking number and link to POD for quite some time.

Thank you I thought as much,

I just feel that if you order a personalised product and not received within,

say approx 10 days, I would be chasing however, we have had a few lately saying not

received after 2 months.

My suspicious thinking is have they damaged the product and think if I say I did not receive

that I will get my money back. ( there is so many untrustworthy people out there, it

absolutely astounds me )

We send majority second class through Amazon, but we have even had signed and photo

proof of delivery and Amazon still Refund
