Read onlyHi dear sellers community. I am a new seller and had my UK seller account neat and clean all the times since 2019. I was Amazon student and spent a lot of money on learning from courses. I even paid pro account fees for 6 months just to learn about different seller tools. My brother was learning about Amazon too at the same time and I used to show him my seller central tools at different times. Once he had logged into my account and just changed the display name because he was naive and was just learning and new to the selling process, Amazon seller team deactivated my account saying that it was linked to another account and they constantly mention the display name that my brother changed and they think it's a new company and my account has been linked to it. I have submitted many documents as evidence and explained many times for the past 7 months that my account had been deactivated in error by the selling team and it wasn't linked to any other account at all and it's only myself who has access to this account and I even changed my password but Amazon seller team sends me the same reply again and again. I then made a fresh account in the US and it has an active listing and they deactivated that too because of this UK account. I am so much frustrated and have no where to go because there is no one to talk to. I need advice and suggestions please. I appreciate your time. Kind regards
out of interest, has your brother ever opened an account?
Possibly with the name he ‘accidentally’ changed your account to?
Nothing against you, but I am always amazed at what a mess some new sellers get themselves into, and unfortunately a lot of the problems cannot be sorted out by Seller Support, as much of the time they will not even read or understand your problem - all done by bots initially.
