SFP Trial Completed and Now Nothing?

Hi

We have completed the prime trail and hit the required stats but we dont have Prime yet? How long dues it normally take? I have emails Amazon but, as usual< they are no help.

your last post asked about switching off Prime on weekends - have you done that as that will stop you graduating from the trial

we had the same issue a couple of weeks back.
ours turned out to be as we didnt have at least Saturday or Sunday ‘collection/shipping’ turned on.
After that it was within a few hours but since has been hit and miss if the Prime badge even shows.
