How do I change ready to ship to shipped on FBA
I have shipped a carton to FBA UK but I cant change the ready to ship to shipped. The carton was collected yesterday. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It normally changes automatically to shipped 24 hours after the shipment was confirmed (i.e. you accept charges and print labels).
If it hasn’t been 24 hours yet wait a little longer and it should change to shipped.

I just came here to ask exactly this question after being forced to use the new system yesterday.
Typical Amazon, no improvement whatsoever and has actually made it worse. It asks exactly the same questions as before but now rather that the shipment moving to shipped and then in transit shortly after UPS scan it in, mine is still showing as “ready to ship” 20 hours later. When I click through, the tracking shows the parcel is actually out for delivery to BHX4, so well into the UPS process.

The whole Amazon site is laggy and full of uncertainties.
Howl long does an Order stay in 'Orders; after you have marked is dispatched?
How long does it take ‘Total Balance’ to update after you have marked orders dispatched?
How long does it take a stock qty to update once you have processed it?
Contrast with ebay which updates everything almost instantaneously.

Click on “track shipment” to get the shipment info up. Then click “track shipment” on this new page. That works instantly for me every time, as long as the parcel has been scanned by UPS on collection or drop off. Although I’m only shipping within the UK
