Issues with balance and listed products
Hello, my name is samuel, and I come here to ask for help with a very strange subject!
I sell on Amazon FBA, and i had a issue…
I listed 5 products on Amazon FBA and spent those products some time there my balance was -£3.60…
Yesterday, I looked at my central seller, I had £ 50.00 and 2 of my products were no longer listed.
I thought I sold it, But I didn’t receive any e-mails talking about the sales and, in the orders tab, I didn’t have any orders placed.
And today I looked at my central seller again and my balance of £50.00 went to £0.00 and the 2 products were not returned to me.
Could you explain to me what happened with this situation? and where are my other 2 products? Very weird.

It might be that your orders tab is showing FBM orders instead of FBA. On the right side it might say “view FBA orders” if you click that you’ll likely see them. Also, you may have set your orders page to only display the last 3 days but your orders might be from before that - change the date range, also right side.
Look at your transactions - it could be your fees have wiped-out the balance? Or maybe you’ve been paid - but that’s unlikely so quick. Or i guess the orders could’ve been cancelled?
