Could not verify seller
Hi i have been trying to get approval for selling branded footwear but every time i upload an invoice i get the message cannot verify the supplier. I have uploading the follow criteria.
- name address email, website, phone number,
- vat number company number
- sales invoice with no outstanding balance
- up to date invoice with matching quantities
I have even uploaded companies house details proving the company has traded as wholesaler since 1998.
How could they not verify the supplier? Pound of flesh needed maybe?

Which suggests that Amazon do not accept your supplier as being legitimate. Just because you have an invoice doesn’t mean that Amazon will accept the supplier?

Many brands also have blocks on selling on amazon, or only allow certain sellers to do so.
Are you buying direct from The manufacturer.
Also when you say invoice, it is an actual invoice and not a recipt from a retail location (only ask as other sellers have got this wrong as well)

Sorry for the late reply i was waiting for permission from amazon to reply to my own thread…
- Supplier has been legitimate since 2004 on Amazon
- I uploaded all his invoices for inauthentic claims and ungating.
- not a retailer but wholesale/trade
- I am a verified seller for multiple brands as business seller.
I just do not understand why they are not accepting the invoices and supplier we have used for years.
Its baffling…

If I were to go on their website from the invoice, could I buy as a personal customer ?
Or is there a trade only login with no prices showing ?
