I'm selling a deodorant bulk pack of 6 via FBA.
Out of 20 orders 7 have been refunded.
I tried to contact Amazon to find out the reasons for refund, since customer cannot return the product I cannot see the reason. Amazon 'kindly' refused to share the reasons why.
Some of these customers are buying multi bulk packs and got refunded for all 12 units.
No reimbursements for me.
Fast forward a customer contacted me saying they love the product so much they want to buy more please can i reduce the price for them.
I requested for order number and lo and behind they got refunded for 2 packs (12 units)
I asked them the reason for the refund, they said there was leakage from 1 of the packs and it had come apart, and they requested Amazon for a replacement but Amazon just sent a refund.
So what leakage from 1 or 2 products and they get 10/11 deodorants, worth £30+ for free
So this is clearly a Carrier damaged product that is NOT being labelled in the reports as such.
Am i missing something here? is there a report where i can discern the reasons for refunds (not returned). If this is a carrier damaged product surely i should be reimbursed for it.
How can i protect myself from these losses, i've only done FBA, is SFP more strict on refunding?
