Cannot access our seller central account - error message " there is nothing to show here"

We are not able to log into account. Can you let us know what we can do get it back? The username and password are all correct. Once we logged in, there is nothing under our account.

please help!

Are you able to click on the account name as showing on your screenshot and then press select account, does that work?

Also, have you tried from another browser, device or clearing your cache+cookies?

I did escalate the portal login issue with my tech team already this morning since I've seen this happen with other sellers. Try the steps above and let me know if you need further assistance.

Same problem here, I need to ship orders! Any update on whether or not there's a problem with the some of the servers? I know other store owners that ARE able to login, so it's not a system wide issue.
