Are you able to click on the account name as showing on your screenshot and then press select account, does that work?
Also, have you tried from another browser, device or clearing your cache+cookies?

Same problem here, I need to ship orders! Any update on whether or not there's a problem with the some of the servers? I know other store owners that ARE able to login, so it's not a system wide issue.
