Selling the same item in the EU and in the USA

When added a new product for selling in the EU, how could the same product being integrated for selling it in the USA without adding it twice?

If you want to make it available on the USA website, you need to list it again.

If you want people to be able to buy from the UK website for delivery to the US, you need to change your shipping settings accordingly.
