hi, anyone having problems with click and drop label printing since last night? around 4pm i started having connection problems with click and drop, and now the labels have stopped printing. it just says 'cannot connect to computer'. The only way i can print the labels is from the pdf. anyone else have this problem and any suggestions on how to fix please? the zebra printer is working fine, connected, on, but click and collect says it is offline. i reboted the computer, rebooted the printer, reinstalled the printer software, nothing.
