Receiving Pictures from Customer via Email
A customer is trying to send me some pictures showing a problem with an item they bought - but I am not receiving them.
Now I believe the customer is using email to send them as every message I receive form them has the following lines:
Sent from my Samsung Galaxy S9+ - Powered by Three
Get Outlook for Android<[link removed]>
I have asked them to use the messaging system built into Amazon itself and attach the pictures with the Attach File button - but I am not sure they are understanding (they admit they are a silver surfer).
So my questions are:
- Can people send in pictures using email or does Amazon remove such attachments?
- They say they are not using email - but every message I get from them has the above 2 lines - surely if they were using Amazon Messaging those lines would not be in the message?

We’ve had message attachments with ‘Sent from iphone’ at the bottom. Maybe they’re just not linking them .
Those bottom lines wouldn’t appear if you’re on the app for messaging, it’s hard to navigate on the message app thing, or I think it is anyway. Easier to reply on email.

Could they text it to you? Give them your mobile number? Or is that not allowed.
If they were a bit more tech savy, I’d suggest WeTransfer, but if they can’t manage to email…
