If you've recently started selling you'll end up getting automatic payments fortnightly.

Sales are made, then after the delivery date + 7 further days your funds will become available assuming no queries/returns. You can request the funds then if you want or if you let it run you'll get automatic payments (disbursements) every two weeks which take another 3-5 days to hit your bank. Be aware Amazon will withhold some funds as an account reserve in case they need to make any refunds on your behalf.
