Amazon account deactivated
Hi all,
I have had nothing but trouble setting up my Amazon seller account from July 2019, I have gone through all their hoops and passed every check and all my paperwork is in order and I have received several emails advising me my account was ready to sell.
However, it never got passed the stage of showing “account suspended”. I posted on this forum around the start of August 2019 and was advised to send all paperwork to the amazon suspension team which I did, then wait it out.
I have since logged onto my account which now shows “Alert, your account has been deactivated”.
There are steps to follow to “re-activate” my account but I would appreciate any advice on the best way to move forward on this as it seems to be an appeal process and I do not wish to make a mistake or miss some information that the Amazon team deems vital.

I am sorry to hear that you are unable to have your Seller Account verified.
Since you already provided Amazon all requested information and documents and the account is still suspended, my suggestion would be to escalate the matter by e-mailing the Managing Director at managingdirector@amazon.co.uk, which is the executive department.
