Direct correlation between submitting a case & no sales
Has anyone noticed the same? I am sure I am not the only one.
I had to push to get Seller Support to get a specialist to look at a suppressed listing, took about 6 attempts (standard I know) and it was sorted overnight by said specialist but now today no sales.
Something seems fishy!

On just that listing, or account wide?
If it’s just that listing, it’s worth getting it checked to make sure it didn’t lose its browse node. If a product loses its browse node, it can make it harder to find through searches and can cause it to lose its sales rank, which also affects visibility.

No,had many run ins with CS over the last 12 years some very heated.Not had any effect on sales.
