packing template error
ive been stuck in the packing template step for more than a month. I have a listing of 2,000 small items 34mm Wide and 16 grams not variations. When filling out the packing template it keeps showing up this message:

Box weight does not meet the expected minimum 1,200.00 lb Learn more.
Ive tried with different quantities and nothing seems to work. Also, in quantity to send theres also an error:

Based on your measurements, what are the volume / weight dimensions for the units you're looking to ship?
Have you clicked the link to view your FBA capacity / explored the option to request additional capacity?
