FBA Fees in Italy and Spain - Overcharged?

Hi

I have just noticed our FBA fees are potentially too high in Spain and Italy.

EG FBA fee preview/including commission ( in the seller App ) 5 euro’s
Actually being charged ( 8.60 euro’s )

I can appreciate the seller App fee preview is an estimate, but in all other marketplaces, and historically , it is usually only a fee cents/pence out.

Does anyone else have this issue
