Return lost, Hermes claim
Hi all,
Any one has an idea how to approach Hermes to file a claim for a return lost parcel (Label issued to the customer by Amazon as auto Prime order return authorised)? The Holly Chatbot is not really help full.
We have lost few expensive parcels and no way to contact Hermes.
At one of the tracking this is what Holly chatbot says
‘’ We’re sorry, your parcel has been delayed. We’re working to get it on its way on the next working day and we’ll let you know once it’s out for delivery Sent by Amazon MFN Tier 5
Do you want to track another parcel’’?
Safe T claim team keep rejecting the claims advising contact Hems for a lost parcel and claim directly with the carrier but no success

The problem is its Amazon account not yours to claim

Many many sellers have had the same issue. Hermes state contact Amazon, Amazon say contact Hermes. Around in circles.
I don’t think there was a correct answer from a sellers point of view.

If some other sellers are having the same issue then please raise the hand so it can reach to Amazon machines/robots to take an action and speak to Hermes or take the responsibility
