Listing removed by Amazon do to restricted products
We have been selling our Hemp seed oil for about a year. So far, I have successfully completed three checks related to the suspicion that my product contains CBD or THC. Each time I presented certificates received from the UK manufacturer, which showed that my product does not contain CBD or THC and is not prohibited from being sold on amazon.
However, this time Amazon Selling Partner Support does not take into account the certificates presented and communicated by me, indicating that VMD is the authority responsible for this. Moreover, at my request to send me a contact from a VMD representative, Amazon Selling Partner Support does not respond in any way and does not provide any information.
Does anyone know a way to solve this problem?

Hello @TeddyDo_Products,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
I understand from above post that your listing has been taken down due to violating restricted product policy.
We would like to let you know that if you believe the product(s) listed are permitted for sale on Amazon, please include evidence or documentation stating that your account has not violated our restricted products policy and contact Seller Support: https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/cu/contact-us. The concern team will review and get back to you. However, if you have provided supporting documents and still team is asking for some specific information as you mention above that team is asking some information from VMD so we will recommend you to provide the same.
Or
You should submit a plan of affection covering three aspects which are as follows:
Root Cause: What led to the violation? What knowledge gap have you observed? What is the exact reason behind the product being restricted? Etc.
Corrective Actions: Your immediate steps taken in this regard to resolve the issue
Preventative Steps: Your future plans on how you will be ensuring the violation is avoided.
If you are stating that you will ensure not to violate amazon’s policy in future then what are the necessary steps you are going to take? How will you ensure? Do you have any new listing procedure?
What resources you will be referring to before creating the listing? Is your staff well aware of the policies? Do you have any training program me or improvement plan in mind to ensure such violations do not occur?
Before drafting plan of affection, kindly go through the link: https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G201743940
Feel free to reach out to us for further assistance!
