Can anybody help with this? I’ve received a policy violation and it says my account is at risk?

Not too sure what kind of help you are after. Amazon seem to set out what they want from you in terms of any appeal. It also seems they aren’t requiring an appeal, just saying if you keep sending those kind of messages you may be deactivated.

Do you really think they give a damn that it will cost your staff their jobs? Talk about over reacting. That kind of a message is likely to make me wish I’d left worse feedback and may make me wonder if I left a review yet…
You have made no attempt to find out WHY they left you a negative review, or what you can do to make their experience a better one, all you done was indirectly told them they were lying and unreasonable…

So your response to their negative experience of buying from you was harassment?
Sadly negative feedback is part and parcel of trading online, no matter how perfect you think you are you will eventually make a mistake.
Even if you don’t make a mistake, you need to look at it from your customers point of view of why are they upset and how was their experience negative.
And at the end of the day - its not personal, there’s usually nothing you can do about it, move on…
