Can't Ship SFP RM, is it because of bank holiday?
For some reason RM aren’t appearing as an option today in Buy Shipping, it’s just giving me the option of DPD Express Pak which is no use at all because I don’t have a DPD collection and also my products are larger than express pack. If this was a Friday I would have RM as an option, how come it isn’t there? And what can I do? Thanks.

HI, I spoke to seller support about this issue, as I was getting Hemes Only, they said they were aware of the issue with ROyal Mail Tracked 24, and that we should send it via Claick and Drop update the tracking information, and also open a case with SFP performance through the help tab and email them the case id of the call I had, along with the title of exemption.

I would imagine, that if you don’t have the option, they are expecting things to be delivered faster than can be done with RM.
However, you can still use RM if your not to concerned about late delivery (assuming parcels), by using click and drop instead. Just ensure that you include the tracking reference when marking dispatched.
Though it may mean a hit on your metrics for SFP.

This often happens - especially on bank holidays.
You can try setting your cut-off time to later in the day (say 5pm). Sometimes that works and RM magically appears as an option again (wait about 30 mins after moving the cut-off time though as there is sometimes a delay)
If not work then unfortunately you either have to use DPD or as Neil says put them thru C&D. You wont get penalised for late dispatch then - but may suffer on the ‘use buy shipping for SFP metric’, and of course the Late Delivery Rate metric is they not delivered tomorrow.

Just thought I’d add - I have just gone to produce my labels.
I dont use Buy Shipping directly from the Amazon interface as I use Packing Partner, which uses the Buy Shipping API. This gives me all the same benefits as using Buy Shipping directly.
I have 1 order where customer upgraded to OneDay delivery - yet I was still able to buy a Tracked24 label. If Amazon thought RM could not fulfil the 1 day delivery promise they would not allow me to buy the label (it occasionally happens if I get my labels late in the day after 4pm).
This proves that either the Amazon interface is using different parameters to determine if you can use RM or it could just be the area you are in or sending to that it is calculating it wont meet the delivery promise.

Weirdly the only orders it let me ship RM were ones that it said had to be there by tomorrow (bank holiday,) such as one in Oxford.

Just had the same with my SFP order. DPD and RM weren’t available and the only option was Hermes.
Had to manually generate a dpd label using a 3rd party website and gonna message amazon now

Yes I have had the same problem too today with the only option available being EVRI, I’ve contacted SS but got the standard template answer about Amazon only showing suitable services.
This is a real shame for us as Easter weekend is usually good and would have been great with the Prime badge but I have had to turn it off.
