I don't know if anyone knows how to rectify a issue I am experiencing with Amazon support at this present moment. I have been selling on Amazon now for approx 3 years and haven't had ny problems with my account then today I receive a message stating that my payments are now on hold and can't be disbursed due to Amazon unfortunately for VAT purposes not accepting that I am a UK resident and my business doesn't operate in the UK I have submitted my UK driving licence also my UK passport and also but not least my UK VAT certificate but all as Amazon keep saying is that they can't verify that my business exists and trades in the UK therefore I haven't submitted enough proof so any of my sales going forward Amazon will now take the relevant vat rate off and pay me the remainder and I will now have to pay backdated Vat from January 2021 can anyone please help or is there any Amazon mods online that can help
